bPay / BARCLAYCARD

Barclaycard was developing their bPay contactless payment system. We designed a wearable payment wristband to showcase their technology.

We worked on refining the subtle pattern geometry across the wristband and fob products. Working closely with the CMF team, we developed and defined colours and finishes for different ranges and markets and managed the rapid prototype trials for client approval which were also used to specify CMF to the manufacturer.

We worked closely with Barclaycard and their technical and manufacturing partners on material specification and injection moulding trials.
