I develop products in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across research, industrial design, CMF, prototyping, engineering, and manufacturing. I work across the full design journey, from 3D concept ideation and development to refinement and transition into production, with a strong focus on 3D surface modelling, form and design development.
My experience spans both manufacturing and design agency environments across a broad range of sectors, including consumer products (telecoms, computing, audio, health-tech, nursery, homewares, haircare), FMCG (packaging and food), transportation (train and plane seating, station infrastructure), as well as luxury watches, lighting, construction, and interiors. This diversity has given me a well-rounded perspective designing across materials, prototyping methods, and production processes.
I thrive at the intersection of ideas and tangible reality, bridging ideation and realisation through design development, complex 3D surface modelling (from concept to Class-A), and close collaboration with teams and manufacturers to bring concepts into reality.
I have taught professional grade 3D surface modelling to designers and companies through bespoke Rhino 3D CAD courses. Currently mentoring 100+ students per year on BA Product & Furniture Design, Kingston University, in their projects.
